Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at support@segurawear.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping address and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Shipping costs will be borne by the party requesting the return. Only after we receive the merchandise will we be able to make a return.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it. Please take a photo/video of the defect so that our team can correct the situation as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.

Returns

We will let you know as soon as we receive and verify your return, and let you know if the return is approved or not. If the return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund on your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and send your refund.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
